Ryan Weber

Ryan, with a childhood split between South Florida and Satellite Beach, and an extended period in Islamorada, developed a profound affinity for the water. Raised amidst boats and a passionate surfer, his natural inclination led him to pursue a career as a marine technician.

Ryan has a decade of experience as an HVAC technician and electrician, coupled with extensive hours dedicated to boat maintenance, electronics replacement, and motor repairs. His credentials include EPA certification, NMEA certification, ABYC certification, and accreditation as a KVH installer. With this comprehensive skill set and dedication to excellence, Ryan is poised to deliver exceptional service in the marine industry.

Mike Rutherford

Mike Rutherford is the lead technician for DanBi Marine. He has earned his certifications with ABYC technical courses, our partners KVH, and Pinellas Marine Technical College. Mike is proficient in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and maintaining outboard engines, I/O engines, diesel engines, and PWCs.

Mike’s in-depth knowledge and experience with marine electronics enable him to install electronics and Starlink components according to manufacturer and industry specifications and standards. When not attending continued education or studying to keep up with the rapidly progressing industry, you can catch him wrenching on his projects or getting some sun on the water with his performance jet skis!
